RAGI ROTI
Hi guys,
this was my breakfast this morning... i wanted to share this recipe with all you guys...
it is my favourite and my mother taught me.
its realy mouth watering ...
it is good for diabetics and growing children.
can be taken as breakfast or snack.

Ingredients required :
Ragi powder -- 2 cups Onion -- finely chopped Green Chilli -- finely choped (as per your taste) Salt -- to taste Oil -- 2 tbsp
Method of preparation :

In a kadai take onions, green chilli and salt.

Add
this to the ragi powder along with green chilli's and salt and make it
into a thick dough by adding water. The consistency of the dough should
be like that of Chappati dough. Leave aside for 1/2 hour

To
make it in round shape take a plastic paper and wipe it with oil and
take a small ball of the dough and press it with your fingers.

Take this and put it in the tava and add oil to it. Keep turning it until it becomes brown in colour.

u can close it with a lid while on tava,,, so that it will be cooked faster and better.
This can be served with Groundnut Chutney or pudina chutney
